2.1 The data to be processed is as follows:
- identification data: your IP address, login and social media login information (for authentication via social networks and Google), browser type and version, time zone, plug-in types, geolocation information about where you might be located, and your operating system and its version;
- data related to the use of the Website: your browsing within the Website, which products and services you view, page loading and responses, download errors, browsing time, your behaviour and other actions, etc.;

2.3 User registered on the Website (hereinafter "Hènope Lover User")

- Data required for online purchases: first and last names, shipping and billing address, email address, telephone number.
Subject to your express consent:
- Data on purchases made both online and in participating stores: type of product purchased, quantity and price, and the store where the purchase was made;
- Additional personal data for profiling and marketing activities: information regarding your preferences and interests with regard to Hènope products in order to show you offers that are in line with your tastes.

3.1 The data will be processed for purposes strictly related to the use of the Website, its services and the purchase of products online. 4. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1 The communication of personal data for the purposes of registering as a Hènope Lover, concluding purchase orders, subscribing to the Newsletter service, as well as any requests for assistance, is mandatory where marked as such. In other cases, the provision of personal data is optional. Any refusal to provide the mandatory data will make it impossible to use the related services offered by the Data Controllers as well as to make online purchases, as laid out in detail in the specific information.

5.1 The personal data collected will be processed using electronic and possibly paper systems and protected from the risk of destruction, modification, deletion and unauthorised access through efficient security measures of a physical, logical and organisational nature, in compliance with current legislation and the requirements of the Data Protection Authority on the subject.

- COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF PERSONAL DATA
6.1 The data may be communicated to all entities to whom communication is necessary to pursue the purposes referred to in paragraph 3, external consultants, and to all public or private entities to whom communication is required by law or regulations. Personal data will not be disseminated.
6.2 Personal data may also be processed by entities with offices in countries outside the European Union. 7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
7.1 Personal data will be stored for the duration stated in the specific information provided at the time of collection (e.g., online purchase, Hènope Lover registration, etc.), after which it will be deleted or made anonymous.
7.2 The personal data acquired to provide assistance and information will be stored for the time strictly necessary to process the request and then deleted or made anonymous.
