  1. Shipping worldwide on all orders
  1. The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order from acceptance of the Order by Hènope within 24/48 hours in Italy, 48/72 hours in member countries of the European Union, 3/6 days in the rest of the world.
  1. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.
  1. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected, placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier. 
  1. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.



DELIVERY OPTIONS
Within the European Union (UK and Switzerland excluded), delivery takes place on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) condition. This means that all taxes and charges are covered with the shipping cost. For countries outside the European Union (UK and Switzerland included) the DAP (Delivery at place) condition applies. This means that the cost of the product is excluded from import taxes and charges. At the time of delivery the recipient will have to pay any taxes, import charges and sales taxes, depending on the country of destination. We are not able to quantify this amount in advance.
